As the world faces the global coronavirus pandemic, we have adapted our work practices in order to adhere to government guidance on physical distancing.

Our team is distributed across Ireland, the UK and Italy so we are accustomed to remote working. In light of the Irish government’s recommendations, we have increased these practices and our employees are working from home and transacting electronically with our business partners to maintain normal operations. Our Dublin office has reduced opening hours but our phone lines and email contact are fully covered.  At this challenging time, the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and contractors is of the utmost importance.

Work is continuing in the development of our UK projects. We typically work remotely with many of our partners in legal, finance, engineering and technical disciplines and work is continuing on all of our projects. Our physical sites are governed by the restrictions imposed by the UK government and the 3-week lockdown announced on March 23rd.  We do not currently envisage that a short-term disruption will have a significant impact on developments but are monitoring the situation and liaising closely with our onsite staff, contractors and suppliers.

We will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to abide by the government’s recommendations. Wishing that you and yours are safe and well through this difficult period.
